Police in Boston on Friday stopped a car for a traffic violation and found a very large supply of cocaine.
Boston Police stopped a Providence man for driving with a broken brake light in Dorchester. He gave the police what appeared to be a fake driver’s license. The officer then got a search warrant to search the car where found over 500 grams of cocaine, over $18,000 in cash and cellphones.
The driver and the passenger were both arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine. Both are scheduled to be arraigned in the Dorchester District Court. Both men face extremely large prison sentences if convicted of the drug crime.
