The owner of a Brockton driving school was arrested and charged with drunken driving after State Police pulled him, over on Route 24 in West Bridgewater in a company car.
Carlos Cardoso, 62, the owner Cardosa Driving School in Brockton has been charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.He was stopped on Route 24 while driving his driving school vehicle.
Massachusetts State Police responded to a call of an erratic driver. When they saw Cardoso he was swerving and hitting the curb. Police then saw Cardoso hit the median divider.
When police stopped him they noticed a strong smell of alcohol and other alcohol related symptoms. When asked for his license he gave the troopers a credit card. He then failed multiple field sobriety tests before being arrested.
According to reports, at the police station Cardoso defaced in his pants after being denied the use of a bathroom. Cardoso then began a tirade aimed at the officers. He is alleged to have smeared his feces on a bench in his cell.
