A very grumpy octogenarian is in hot water after dumping a bowl of urine on a teenager. Chester Weatherford, 84, of Evansville Indiana has been arrested and charged with battery on a person under 14, a felony charge, after police learned he poured a bowl of urine on a the head of a 13 year old boy.
According to reports, Weatherford got into a verbal altercation with a 13 year. Apparently the fight was over some smashed bricks on Weatherford’s property and the 13 year older began Weatherford names. This really angered Weatherford enough to pour a bucket of piss out of his second floor window directly on the head of the 13 year old boy.
Weather ford then reported the vandalism of the bricks to the police and filed a police report. While officer were completing the vandalism report they noticed an overwhelming smell of urine yet were unable to find where it was coming from.
Later police were notified when the boys mother called police telling them that her son had been assaulted with bodily waste. When questioned by police Weatherford told them that he keeps a bucket of urine on hand for self defense.
Weather ford was charged with the felony crime, booked and released on a $750 bail. He is due back in court later this month.
