Adriana Ferreira, 48, a Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles employee was arrested on numerous charges of bribery corruption and fraud. Mr. Ferreira is accused of charging illegal immigrants $2000 to provide them fake driver’s licenses. She also stands accused of charging illegals money to delay their deportation proceedings. Ms. Ferreira claimed to have a contact inside of the Department of Immigration and Customs and Enforcement. Federal agents and state police arrested Ms. Ferreira at the Watertown RMV branch after police became aware that she had been paid $8600 from five different people for licenses that were never provided. According to sources, Ms. Ferreira would charge illegals money and if they complained she would report them to ICE.
