A 23 year Massachusetts man has been criminally charged with operating under the influence and motor vehicle homicide charges after a crash that left his father dead. Harrison Locke has been released on personal recognizance after his arraignment this week. He has pled not guilty.
Mr. Locke was allegedly driving over 60 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone when he lost control of his pickup and struck a tree.
Mr. Locke’s passenger was his 52-year-old father Nathan Locke. He was taken to a hospital where he died. Harrison Locke also suffered injuries. The results of a blood test showed a blood-alcohol level well above the legal limit.
