After her husband was found guilty of possessing burglarious tools Stacie Danielle Hargette, 31 found herself in jail after she allegedly threatened a juror.
According to numerous reports Mrs. Hargette approached a juror that had been on a jury that had convicted her husband of the felony crime. When Hargette approached the juror she allegedly said “I know you … I will kill you.”
The juror then reported the incident to the police and Hargette was arrested on Saturday on charges felony criminal charges. She has been held in jail on a $30,000 cash bail.
Ironically, her husband was sentenced to three years of probation while Ms. Hargette is currently in jail.
