For the second time in a year a Boston street worker has been arrested. Sean Goode has been charged with possession of guns and ammunition. Street workers are employed by non- profits in Boston in an effort to divert youths from gangs and violence.
According to the Boston police, Goode’s house was searched where two guns with defaced serial numbers were found. Along with the gun ammunition was also found.
Goode will be arraigned in the Roxbury District Court at which time the Suffolk County District Attorney will most likely ask for a cash bail.
This is the second time a Street Worker, trusted with trying to get youths off the street has been arrested. If convicted Goode faces time in jail.
