Client was charged in the Hingham District Court with Leaving the Scene of Property Damage.  She was leaving a dark parking lot and hit another car. She never got out of the car nor did she leave a note. She had intended to report the accident to the police. Before she could report the accident the police arrived at the home. She was cited for the accident. Case was dismissed on the payment of $200 in court costs.

Client was charged with Leaving the Scene of Property Damage. The case was in the Quincy District Court.  Another driver stated she was at stoplight when she was hit by the client. The client then panicked and fled the scene. A witness got the client’s license plate and the police called her. According to the police the client got out of the car inspected the car and left. Case Dismissed Prior to Arraignment

Client is charged in the Quincy District Court with Leaving the Scene of Personal Injury after she is seen hitting a person on a bike with her car as she was pulling out of a parking lot, causing him to have to go to the hospital. CASE DISMISSED

OUI and Leaving the Scene of Personal Injury

Police responded to a report of a hit and run. After a brief investigation the police found the driver. She smells of alcohol, has red and glassy eyes, is unsteady on her feet, and is slurring her words. She admits to drinking. Police ask her to take three field sobriety tests, she fails all three. She then takes the breathalyzer and gets a .22 (close to THREE times the legal limit). She is charged with OUI and Leaving the Scene of Property Damage. CASE DISMISSED
