Quincy District Court

The police were dispatched on the report of an altercation between the client and a tow truck driver. The alleged victim told the police he was there to check on a car’s battery. The parties then began to argue and then the Client grabbed a screwdriver out of the victim’s hand resulting in a small cut. When police arrived the client admitted to arguing with the victim. After a clerk magistrate’s hearing, the client was charged with Assault and Battery. After a bench trial, the case was DISMISSED.

Quincy District Court 

Assault and Battery and Disorderly Conduct- On July 3, the client who is a 20-year-old male with no criminal record, went to the beach to watch the town’s firework display. The client had been drinking and got into a fight. Police arrived and observed the client and another man fighting each other. Client was arrested and charged with assault and battery. Attorney Donovan worked to have the case dismissed prior to arraignment meaning there is no record of the crime.

Dorchester District Court

Assault and Battery – The client was arrested for assault and battery by the Massachusetts State Police. The victim stated that the client had pushed and punched her. The investigating officer spoke with a witness who confirmed the victim’s account. CASE DISMISSED

Hingham District Court

Assault and Battery – Client was arrested for assault and battery after getting into a fight in his car with the victim. Other drivers saw the fight and called 911. When police arrived they took photos of the victim’s injuries. Victim was shaken and told the Police that the client had hit her. CASE DISMISSED

Stoughton District Court

Assault and Battery – Client is charged with assault and battery after police respond to the client’s house where client had struck her father causing injuries. The police officers took photos of the injuries. CASE DISMISSED

Quincy District Court

Assault and Battery – Client is alleged to have been involved in a road rage incident earlier in the day. Later the client and the other driver get into a fistfight. The client is alleged to throw many punches. The alleged victim was seeking substantial payment for medical bills. CASE DISMISSED
