Hopefully after the second time, a Florida man learned the hard way it is never a good idea to swear at a judge in court. The man faced Judge John Hurley for an arraignment. After the Judge decided to hold the man without bond, meaning he would be incarcerated until the end of his case, the man called the Judge a “cock.” He was brought back to the bench and admitted he said that about the judge. The Judge held a very quick hearing and held the man in contempt of court. The judge then sentenced him to sixty days in jail for the outburst. So, guess what does Einstein does next, he calls him a cock again. Again the judge holds him in contempt and sentences him to another sixty days. The judge made the sentence consecutive meaning the man must do the first sixty days sentence and then do the next sixty day sentence.
No matter how disappointed or angry you feel at a court event you can never show it to a judge. Judges have an incredible amount of power a can use it. Just ask this guy. But you have to wait 4 months.
