Woman Flashes Judge in Court With Video

August 26, 2015 by Patrick Donovan

When Susan Marie Surette faced a Florida judge an arraignment she did something no other defendant had ever done, she flashed him. Ms. Surette was in a Florida court for disorderly intoxication charges when she claimed the police had injured her. Ms. Surette described her injuries to the judge then began to show him. One of the the injuries was under her shirt. She then showed the judge that. The judge can be heard saying “Oh, my Lord.”

In addition to flashing the judge Ms. Surrette 54, also stated her occupation as a hair stylist and an escort. She told the court she works under the name “Kayla Kupcakes.”

The judge sense that the woman was need of help that was not available at the jail and set her bail at $100. It was expected that Ms. Surrette would post the bail.
